Here you see the address of the site you are in right now, your user name, and the main menu. The system has lots of modules and every installed module has it's tab. If you press on the tab you will go to the according module set up menu. Based on the package of your "iPyramid" the tabs may vary. If you do not have the permission for a specific module then you won't see the according tab.
