E-commerce management system iPyramid.commerce

 

iPyramid.commerce is e-shopping and e-commerce system, enabling to keep an e-shop on the net. Popularity of e-shopping is rapidly growing in Lithuania as an additional business development possibility and as an alternative business plan. E-commerce system iPyramid.commerce was developed taking into consideration business processes, which perfectly suits for both cases.

Ipyramid.commerce consists of a base module and specific module, which is relevant only for projects with e-commerce.

iPyramid.commerce features:

  • creating product catalogs of various depth;
  • assign status „hidden/visible“ for every product (it's very useful, when the product is out of stock but will be supplied in the future);
  • assign more than one status to products in the catalog (e.g. “sales product”, “exclusive product”, “discounted product”, etc.);
  • assign status “new product” for every new product included into the catalog (expiration term is set by administrator);
  • create specific templates for every product group with up to 20 different features (for instance, product group “TVs” can have a template created with fields like “diagonal”, “color”, “weight”, “screen type”);
  • use different presentations of information in description of every product (product photo, user's manual (in chosen file format), sound and video records (there is a limit to file size), date, links, etc.);
  • use powerful search and filtering tools;n
  • compare the products (user can choose some products and compare them); 
  • manage sellers (sellers themselves can administer certain groups of the catalog);
  • get purchases statistics (administrators, sellers can view products from the most popular categories and the amount sold);
  • give complex offers for the user (there is a possibility to show products related to the product the user has chosen, provide information about products, that were purchased from the other users together with the product being viewed);
  • watch the most popular products (lists and ratings of the most popular products);
  • watch the newest products (lists and ratings of the newest products).
  • create groups of product variants, this enables selling the same product of different color or size;
  • comment every product;
  • assign a rating to every product;
  • add new products to the basket and leave the old ones;
  • remove old products from the basket and then add the new ones;
  • delete the present basket and load the old one;
  • give discounts as percents from the initial price (eg, 30% discount);
  • give discounts as currency units from the initial price (eg., 20 Lt discount);
  • give discounts as final product price (eg., product price is only 5 Lt);.
  • give discounts as discount from the chosen currency (discount is chosen depending on the currency chosen);
  • allow every seller changing and filling his product categories;
  • allow every seller changing information about the discounts of his product category;
  • allow every seller filling the sections of products advertised.
  • store relevant information about every manufacturer;
  • assign a manufacturer for new and existing products;
  • follow the statistics, eg. which manufacturers products are on demand;
  • organize ostponed payment (the user receives automatically generated invoiced to be paid in the certain term);
  • organize direct transfer (the user can pay using his credit card or e-banking);
  • store information about logistic companies – delivery rates, delivery zones, other conditions;
  • change present data, add new logistic companies;
  • automatically count delivery price using purchase and delivery data;
  • present all the prices in the catalog using more then 24 different currencies;
  • convert prices automatically according to the set exchange rate;
  • set the main currency, so that the price of all new products would be shown in that main currency;
  • count the price of every product automatically in different currencies (using the exchange rate) or enter separately;
  • set different discounts for different currencies and customers groups.
